Terms of Service

By using AtlasAQ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service — the AtlasAQ platform.

Supplier Candidate — a potential, unverified supplier surfaced for your own verification.

Estimate — a calculated figure, not a guarantee.

Content — material available through the service.

AtlasAQ provides product-opportunity intelligence: demand signals, opportunity grades, supplier candidates, and estimated landed economics.

• We surface signals and estimates to inform your decisions — not guarantees of demand, profit, or margin.
• Supplier listings are candidates you must independently verify. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any supplier, and a candidate is not a confirmed match for your exact product.
• We are not a broker, agent, sourcing agent, or party to any transaction between you and a supplier.
• We do not provide legal, tax, customs, or financial advice.

You must be 18 or older and use the service for business purposes. Provide accurate information; you are responsible for your credentials and account activity.

Plans, quota counters (discovery runs and validations), billing cycle, and taxes apply as shown on our pricing page. Refunds, if any, are handled per the terms shown on the pricing page.

No scraping, abuse, or reverse engineering; no reselling data; no unlawful use; no circumventing quotas or access controls.

We own the platform, our data presentation, and branding, and grant you a limited licence to use the service. You retain your own account content.

The service references third-party platforms (such as Amazon and 1688) and surfaces third-party supplier information. We do not control or endorse them; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• We make no guarantee of demand, sales, profit, margin, or sourcing outcome. All figures — including margins, costs, duties, VAT, demand signals, and grades — are estimates and signals, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and change over time.
• Supplier Candidates are unverified. You are solely responsible for verifying suppliers, product specifications, intellectual-property and compliance matters, minimum order quantities, pricing, and suitability before transacting. We make no representation that a candidate can supply your exact product.
• Grades (A/B/C) are a relative signal, not investment or business advice.
• You are responsible for your own due diligence and business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential, and lost-profit damages.

You will indemnify us for your misuse of the service, your transactions with suppliers, and your breach of these Terms.

Either party may end the agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately in the case of breach. Termination affects your data and paid plans as described in the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We post updates with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
